A heads-up on coming developments ...

New focus on blood sugar balancing rolling out in 2024:

A change in focus is coming to this site along with new services. Though this site began as an effort to educate on the health benefits of a whole food, plant-based diet, as the world has continued going into a broadening diabetes pandemic (particularly of type 2 and its common lead-in prediabetes) I am heading the call to further offer my voice by specifically focusing in on helping and healing in this area, and happily continuing with the primary approach of a whole food, plant-based diet as its cornerstone. Good health should follow, no matter. (principal rollouts starting 3rd qtr. of '24) Please stay tuned.

  • Plant-based meal planning for healthy blood sugar (rollout target: 3rd qtr., '24)
  • Plant-based food store, supportive of blood sugar health (rollout target: 3rd qtr., '24)
  • Plant-Based transformation program focused on healthy blood sugar (rollout target: later 3rd into the 4th qtr., '24)
  • All supported by ongoing and developing educational efforts

  • An up to date look at strategies necessary to get enough calcium on a plant-based diet and how mineral water can be one easy avenue. (release target: July, '24)
