This website is directed to adults and any professional services are for adults of at least 18 years of age.  We operate our site in compliance with current regulations.  We do not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 18 years of age.

In accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2020 this site has not in the past twelve months sold personal information.  Additionally, this site has never sold personal information, and does not do so.

These other services include Practice Better (our HIPAA (U.S.) and PIPEDA (Canada) compliant practice management service (HIPAA and PIPEDA are acronyms of health care privacy rules established by the U.S. and Canadian governments, respectively), Google G Suite (our HIPAA compliant client email and document service), MailerLite (our email program for sending out our newsletter and other materials that always include an unsubscribe button) and, as mentioned before under our Personally Identifiable Information header; Stripe (our merchant system for purchases - and to note, we do not collect credit card information for transactions, only Stripe does), Meal Garden (our resource home), and Braintree (a PayPal company) for processing purchases on Meal Garden.
