Currently, on the Plantimize Facebook page, begun April 15th, 2020, I've started my new micro-course social series, running through May 15th, 2020, Sneaking More Veggies Into Your Diet (no matter your diet style), that includes recipes, tips, and more. The CDC says 1 in 10 adults don't get enough and of course they're crucial for optimizing our health - more important than ever right now.
Also on the Plantimize Facebook page, begun January 14th, 2020, you can check out my new micro-course social series, A Beginner's Guide To Going Vegan, that just concluded March 13th, 2020 (with recipes, tips, and
more). Intro and informative posts began January 4th, 2020.
And prior to that, on the Plantimize Facebook page, you can check out my three-monthslong series, The Importance and Impact of Plant-Based Eating, that ran June 5th, 2019 through September 6th, 2019 (also with recipes, tips, and more).
Though the emphasis of this site is on whole-food, plant-based eating, vegan
is a term that is often used interchangeably for this eating approach
and may be equally familiar or relatable, thus its use here
for that purpose. Further, vegan can describe an entire lifestyle, with
no use of animal products, from food to even clothing for example, but
on this site the main focus is on its diet aspect.
